2. Anonymous Collection

This feedback survey is completely anonymous. No personal data is collected. Specifically:

• No name or email address is requested.
• Your IP address is not stored.
• No referrer URLs are recorded.
• No timestamps that could identify you are stored.
• No tracking takes place.

Since no personal data is processed, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) does not apply to the collected response data (Recital 26 GDPR).

We provide this information voluntarily to ensure transparency about the technical implementation.

3. Data Collected

The survey exclusively collects:

• Ratings on a Likert scale (1–5) regarding workshop quality, atmosphere, structure and personal benefit
• Optional free text with suggestions for improvement
• Optional indication of which course/workshop was attended (without personal reference)

4. Purpose

The anonymous feedback serves exclusively the quality assurance and development of the breathwork offering.

5. Note on Free Text

Please do not include names or details in the free text field that could identify you or other participants. Particularly in small groups, anonymity may otherwise be compromised in practice.

6. Hosting and Technical Security

The survey is provided via a self-hosted instance of the open-source software LimeSurvey, hosted on a server in Germany.

• All communication uses HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
• No disclosure to third parties takes place.
• Only the controller has access to the (anonymous) survey results.

When accessing the page, server log files are automatically created (anonymised IP address, timestamp, page accessed, browser type). These serve technical security purposes and are automatically deleted after 7 days.

7. Cookies and Tracking

This page uses no tracking or analytics cookies.

LimeSurvey sets a technically necessary session cookie solely to ensure the survey functions correctly. It is deleted when you close your browser.
